Every egg is a different size.
I wonder why that is.

Today I noticed something strange.
There was a crack in an egg.
It was by far the biggest egg I’ve ever seen.
What happens when an egg breaks open?
I felt a looming dread
Are they going to die?
Their egg is almost all the way open.
Nobody else seems to notice.
(Sound: egg cracking)
I can’t bear to look.
I gingerly open my eyes.
